CONDITION #1: PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES!!!
i cannot be any clearer about this. individuals and
groups found to be in breach of these terms of use will be
prosecuted.
CONDITION #2: JOIN THE PSP KILL ZONE™
you must be a member of the psp
kill zone™. yes -- this is my way of keeping
tabs on you, and only members of this group may (provided they
also adhere to the conditions below) be eligible to use my art
in their tubes and tags.
CONDITION #3: MAKE A PAYPAL DONATION
you must make a small, one-time only donation of $20*,
to be paid via Paypal to register@looks-can-kill.net.
for this one-time fee you will gain access to more than 30 exclusive
Photoshop-format tubes of my ladies as prepared by me!
CONDITION #4: REQUEST ACCESS TO THE RESTRICTED
FILES AREA
once you have made
your donation, visit this
page and make a request for a username that will provide you
with access to a restricted area of this site where all official
and approved tubes and tags of my art may be found. please be sure
to provide some confirmation of your Paypal payment so that i may
track your donation.
once i have confirmed your payment, you will be provided
with a password and instructions on where to access the sanctioned
tubes. you may, as a psp
kill zone™ member with this access, also send
me tubes that you have created. should they be approved, they will
then be shared in this restricted area.
CONDITION #5: ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING
GUIDELINES WHEN CREATING TUBES AND TAGS

be sure, first of all, that you have adhered to conditions
#1-4 before you tube or tag anything that features
my art. |
| 2. |
only tubes and/or tags that reside in the restricted area may
be used in emails, and only by members of the psp
kill zone™ who have paid for access
to this area and the files therein. |
| *3. |
"tubing" of images in the free-access gallery is allowed, but
only for practice purposes. any tubes created from
original art in the gallery MAY NOT be used
in tags, even by psp kill zone™ members.
(see point 2 above)
when creating a tube from an image in the looks
can kill™ gallery:
- ONLY IMAGES THAT APPEAR
IN THE LOOKS CAN KILL™ GALLERY MAY BE TUBED.
i am aware that people are tubing the work in my other
on-line galleries, such as at Renderosity and IllustratorWorld,
because they are higher-resolution images. this is
acceptable, provided that image also
appears on this site. if you cannot find it in the
gallery here, then it may not be tubed.
- do not use any image in the models and commissions section
of the gallery.
- do not use any image in the nude sections of
the gallery, or any image marked with the "special
killer edition" insignia.
- do not use any image, pencilled, inked, colored, or otherwise,
drawn by Al Rio.
- where visible and wherever possible, the "craigos" signature
must be retained or restored in the finished tube.
- if you are unsure whether or not an image may be tubed,
or complies with these restrictions, email psp@looks-can-kill.net for
clarification.

requests for particular images
in the gallery to appear as tubes in the psp kill
zone™ may
be made to psp@looks-can-kill.net.
send a small copy of the image you want to see. periodically,
the official tubed versions of these images will be
uploaded
to the sanctioned tubes restricted area. once it is in this
area, it may then be used in signatures, but only
once it is in this area. |

when creating signatures with approved tubes from
the restricted area:
- be sure, first of all, that you are using a sanctioned
and approved tube. you should not create a tag
with unapproved material.
- all signature tags/websets/tubes/backgrounds must contain
the following text in a clear and legible font:

- this is non-negotiable!
- animating of any portion of the tubed artwork is strictly
prohibited -- this means no suggestive winking,
jiggling boobies, flashing, or anything of a similar
nature. you may, however, add your own animations such
as glitter and sparkles.

images, variants, and/or works in progress that are shared
in the looks
can kill™ Yahoo group MAY *NOT* BE TUBED OR
TAGGED AT ANY TIME. this includes work shared as attachments
by yours truly, or the work of any member, or by association
any artist whose work is shared with the group by members. in
the case that an image shared in the group later appears in the looks
can kill™ gallery, only the image in the gallery
(generally smaller in size) may be tubed, and then only by those
individuals who have adhered to the conditions above. |

if at any time you are unsure about the legality of using a
particular image in your design, don't just assume it will be
okay to do so. FIND OUT -- send an email to psp@looks-can-kill.net for
clarification. this protects YOU, and in a roundabout (but more
important) way, also protects ME. |
A FINAL WORD (OR TWO)
i am sorry, for those of you who in the past have
respected my terms of use, that these rules must now apply to you.
the use of my work has been a complicated thing to monitor.
i respect that tubing and tagging is a growing passion
and for some a great artistic release, and i am honored that so
many of you want to use my art in your designs. i would like you
to continue to do so, but please do so in adherence of the above
terms and conditions.
please respect of the time and effort that has gone
into my original designs. please don't make my stuff look crap.
please don't claim it as your own. if you can do this and obey
the rules above, then we can be friends and avoid the situation
where i need to revoke permissions again.
